Omicron Xi was founded on April 17, 1993 at Mars Hill University in Mars Hill, NC. We've been around 26 years and going strong!

Our chapter is a part of Delta Zeta Region 14. We currently have a total of 28 members in our chapter and our average GPA is 3.22! For the academic year Fall 2016 through Spring 2017 our chapter has donated 0 service hours and $0.00!

Omicron Xi Chapter (Mars Hill University) raises money for local animal shelter at community event

The Omicron Xi Chapter at Mars Hill University hosted a bake sale at the annual fall Lunsford Festival in Mars Hill, North Carolina to give back to the local Madison County Animal Shelter.

The bake sale was held on October 1, 2016. "In total, we raised $150 to give to the Madison County Animal Shelter," said Raven Forney, LAMP Editor.

Members of the Omicron Xi Chapter at Mars Hill University helped to pack food for the less fortunate in their community. "We partnered with our local food organization, The Lord's Harvest," said Raven Forney, Secretary and LAMP Editor. The chapter's work contributed to feeding the 1,454 families that the organization helps per month.

Omicron Xi Chapter (Mars Hill University) hosted irs first annual Hike for Hearing on April 2, 2016 in Mars Hill, North Carolina. The chapter spent countless hours planning the event and raised more than $1,600 toward the $5 million national goal.
